i am a trekking guide ,going to the high altitude is itself amazing thing .
in 2015 when we were doing 3passes one of my clint got muscle crack .i quickly carried her and ran through thee tea house .other all trekkers were just looking and laughing at me though it was not a complicated case .this incident i could not forget any time
