About Me

CURRENT MISSION

to live life to it's fullest and live to tell about it, to be carefree and meet interesting people

ABOUT ME

I'm currently in New England. Came all the way from California. Currently working out here as an environmental educator. Wondering where the breeze will take me next.

PHILOSOPHY

The golden rule.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I hope that I will meet some great people while visiting their pads, and hopefully host my own spot in the future. I'm currently tramping along right now.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Not much couchsurfing experience. I'm new to this community. I guess I've trailer-surfed, and have lived in quite a few community living situations. I've hitch-hiked a few times in California.

Interests

Love to cook, garden, read, listen to music, especially live music. I like trying to play music and dancing. I enjoy being out in nature and try to get outside as much as I can. I enjoy good conversations and meeting new people. I enjoy travelling.

Music, Movies, and Books

Recently watched Ann of Green Gables. Such a great story! Some of my favorite shows are Weeds, King of the Hill, the X-Files, and Arrested Development. I've been watching the Office occasionally. Recently read Into the Wild, Mutant Message Down Under, and Angela's Ashes. Been listening to Regina Spektor, Manu Chao, Miles Davis, Lemon Jelly, Coldplay, Paul Simon, and Tiesto. Pretty eclectic taste of music I would say. Always open to discovering more.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Everyday, something amazing happens. One of my favorite moments is being on a boat in Halong Bay, Vietnam, and jumping off into the water.

Teach, Learn, Share

I hope to exchange great stories and hope to be a great couch-mate, while learning about your life and the place that you are living in. I love the connection of people and places. I'm constantly re-learning how to play guitar. I want to learn more languages. I can teach you a few words in Cantonese and Spanish, and how to read music on the piano, but nothing too advanced. I am always up for a bike ride, either mountain biking or touring.
