ABOUT ME

I'm a simple guy. I believe life follows a simples harmony and i try to set myself in tune with that. I believe everything exists for a reason, and so i try to understand befores judging. I believe we can really change the world, and every moment is a small oportunity. In fact, there are no small oportunities, every moment, every interaction with someone can be a significant change. Honesty, acceptance and love will have a powerful effect on our lives and on the people around us, and i try to apply that to my life. Everybody know i'm an introverted guy (although social), and that's because i've been finding out that the deeper we go inside us, the more treasures we find. At the same time we find shadows (fears, insecurities...), but they will turn to light, and we will grow, and that is the path to happiness: inner understanding. :)

PHILOSOPHY

My main purpose in life is to know myself, and expressing my true self freely. And by doing so, establishing deep relationships with the ones around me and contributing in some way to a better world :)

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

i hosted lots of couchsurfers and i absolutely loved the experience! in 2005 i travelled for a month around europe and couchsurfed several times..it was amazing :)

Interessi

Music is food to my soul. Acts of kindness (especially random ones). Love. Exploring and learning, new experiences. Personal growth.
I spend most of my time meditating, learning about life. Besides that, i've been trying to get out of my shadow zone, and enrich my life as much as i can, with new experiences, living them in a conscious way, and growing... :)

Musica, film e libri

I enjoy listening to all types of music! My favorite artists are Damien Rice, Five For Fighting, Queen, Bryan Adams, Coldplay, Laura Marling...

my favorite movies are fiction movies, thrillers and "psychologicaly heavy" movies, the hard ones to digest hehe i love lynch and kubrick's movies :)

My favorite actors are Johnny Depp, Morgan Freeman, Sean Connery, Russel Crowe, Mel Gibson, Robert de Niro, Robin Williams, etc

I love reading, especially spiritual books, books about psychology, i dont read fiction or romance, just books the direct me more to introspection and self knowledge...

Insegna, impara, condividi

The subjects i'm really interested in and in which i might have some knowledge to share are psychology, meditation and music (guitar).

i love learning, so i'm always open to learn a bit about anything :)
