About Me
HI THERE!
I'm Vito, currently serving in the Army till March (HOORAH). Born and raised in Singapore, under my two lovely IndoChinese parents haha. Life's been pretty dull as of the last two years but i'm looking forward to travelling once I'm out of the army.
edit: ARMY HAS NOW OFFICIALLY ENDED FOR US YAY.
Singapore is a really small country. It feels like we are a small pond compared to the ocean that is the world. I want to travel and experience life in all its glory and beauty. Broaden my understanding of different cultures, societies and bring these back home to share with others.
Now is possibly the best time of my life to take this opportunity. If not now, when?
Oh, and i love film photography!
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
To meet cool as strangers, make new friends, experience new things and for the most part, grow as an individual through these experiences.
Interests
I practice Muay Thai, go for art classes (totally stoked over this now) and love love film photography really. (Managed to get my dad's old one and fixed it)
Generally pretty curious about things and willing to try new experiences!
Apart from that, i play the trumpet and im pretty game for sports.

Music, Movies, and Books
Total sucker for Rom/Com/Drama
(About Time, That Awkward Moment) I'll type more down when i think of it.
Second to that would be foreign movies (Intouchables, Confessions)
Really like Wes Andersons Movies actually...
Have you caught the recent movie, Kingsman? REALLLYYYY LIKED IT
Really into Alt-J at the moment. other than that, my "Recently Added" playlists include, Carousel, Zella Day, Canopy Climbers and Brika.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Wow, i think there's one word for it.
ARMY.
Seriously put us through a lot of nonsense there. Once we did a 9D8N in the jungles of Brunei with tasks to complete and only 36hr worth of food.
And they only gave us a badge for completing it...seriously.
Teach, Learn, Share
Surviving in Singaporean Jungle 101?
