I am Vitor from Brazil. I am 28 years old and I am pursuing a PhD in History at Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul. I'll spend some months studying at Princeton University as a Fulbright Fellow. I am calm, organized and very easy going.

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

The first time I try basil ice cream was amazing. I've always loved cooking and to try different foods, but I had never thought that basil ice cream could be so terrific. It can seem as little petty thing, but it was an unique experience in my life. I tried other ice creams but the taste was never the same.
I'm from Minas Gerais in Brazil and until some years ago I had never gone to Ouro Preto (Black Gold could be a possible translation) a historical city from the Brazilian colonial 18th century. That city was an ancient capital of Minas Gerais and a huge gold producer. Seeing that historical buildings and streets was awesome, astonishing and made me feel the plenty of being a real "mineiro" (person born at Minas Gerais) for the very first time in my life.
