Hello everyone! My name is Vittorio and I am 25 years old. Currently I live in central Italy, waiting for future developments and with the idea of finishing my studies. I’m a simple boy in love with life and everything it includes. I study in the field of communication sciences, I write texts for local newspapers with the ambition of being able to assert myself in the field of journalism and communication. My curiosity pushes me towards new boundaries, towards change, out of the usual comfort zone, and whenever I can start with my backpack on my back. I love playing football, swimming, skateboarding, running, trekking, hiking and being in close contact with nature, I completely reconnect in the middle of a forest in the mountains or in front of a wild sea. I love reading and writing, enriching myself through the writings of travellers or those who have done unique deeds around the world.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I joined because I am a curious guy, my curiosity pushes me to meet new people, travel, mix with different cultures and create social relationships. I love knowing people different from me, exchanging thoughts and points of view, traveling and living the idea of travel with the possibility of being hosted and able to host.
I want to make travel a lifestyle, and living in close contact with the locals is a great starting point!

my favorite music genre is classic rock and Italian indie. The best film is "Into the Wild" and my favorite books are by an Italian writer called "Gianluca Gotto", they talk about travel, alternative lifestyles, oriental thoughts and life lessons.

have slept in a room/igloo in the Arctic Circle during my visit to the Lofoten Islands!

I can convey my cultural knowledge, talk about dreams, ambitions, desires, general culture and views. Go together to skate or a mountain ride! I’d like to learn everything I don’t know yet.
