About Me

21 year old female who enjoys travelling, reading (though this has sadly decreased since the introduction of social media), languages, theatre, watching films and TV shows, dancing (not professionally) and singing (off tune).

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I like the idea of exploring places like a local and listening to people's stories. It makes the country and the city more exciting. Also, I love to meet new people, and this is definitely a perfect opportunity that's also safe (I get a little paranoid sometimes because I am just a girl)!

And sleeping on people's couches are pretty cool.

Interests

I love TV shows and films and pop culture. I'd love to be a Producer for film or TV one day (my favourite TV show at the moment is Greys Anatomy, and I would love to be the next Shonda Rhimes - just have to brush up on my storytelling and scriptwriting skills).

I also love shopping (especially for shoes!)

Music, Movies, and Books

Music: Taylor Swift, Selena Gomez, Ed Sheeran, Macklemore, songs from musicals (like Once, Wicked), Imagine Dragons, One Republic, Lorde, Major Lazer and a lot of Independent music (my music taste is very varied)

Movies: Spy Kids, The Incredibles (still a child at heart!), Back To The Future trilogy, Easy A, Marvel movies, Mulan, Kingsman The Secret Service, Pitch Perfect, and a lot more.

Books: Harry Potter series (of course!), Gone Girl (although that is one creepy book), My Sister's Keeper, Percy Jackson series, To all the boys I've Loved Before by Jenny Han, and there's more (all that comes to mind at the moment is Young Adult Fiction...)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Watching 11 West End shows by myself (I'm a big theatre fan) while I was living and working in London for two months last year.

What I Can Share with Hosts

My energy and love to try new things. I'm also great at frying rice!

Countries I’ve Visited

Austria, Belgium, China, Czech Republic, Denmark, England, France, Germany, Greece, Hong Kong, Italy, Netherlands, New Caledonia, Spain
