Soy una mujer que le gusta conectar con diferente tipo de personas, lugares, animals y naturaleza. Es a través de estas conexiones que he descubierto muchos intereses que me ayudan a crecer.
Me encantan las caminatas en la naturaleza, así como disfruto y valoro conversaciones auténticas con personas, principalmente si estas conversaciones llevan a sanar heridas, ya sea a través de un punto de vista distinto o simplemente escuchar.
Mi debilidad son los perros, y principalmente los perros callejeros o rescatados. Éstos seres son tan agradecidos con tan poco en la vida, que cuando les das una oportunidad de entrar en tu vida ellos pueden incluso dar la vida por el ser amado. Para mi representan el amor incondicional.
Disfruto de leer novelas, libros de psicología y de desarrollo personal, tanto en libros en papel o audio. Escucho podcasts relacionados a estos temas, además de aspectos de bienestar y salud del cerebro.

I am a woman who likes to connect with different types of people, places, animals and nature. It is through these connections that I have discovered many interests that help me grow.
I love walks in nature, just as I enjoy and value authentic conversations with people, especially if these conversations lead to healing wounds, whether through a different point of view or simply listening.
My weakness is dogs, and mainly stray or rescued dogs. These beings are so grateful for so little in life, that when you give them an opportunity to enter your life they can even give their lives for the loved one. For me they represent unconditional love.
I enjoy reading novels, psychology and personal development books, both in paper or audio books. I listen to podcasts related to these topics, as well as aspects of wellness and brain health.

Encontré Coushsurfing mientras buscaba opciones para mi siguiente viaje a Europa. Lo desconocía por completo, sin embargo cuando lo descubrí me encantó la idea ya que se encuentra dentro de lo que busco en un viaje, conocer personas y la vida más cotidiana del lugar.

I found Coushsurfing while looking for options for my next trip to Europe. I was completely unaware of it, however when I discovered it I loved the idea since it is within what I look for in a trip, meeting people and the most everyday life of the place.

Musik, Filme und Bücher

Canciones que disfruto:
- La Bella Durmiente, de Tchikovsky. Me recuerda bailando de niña con gracia y gusto.
- El día que me quieras. Este es un Tango de Carlos Gardel. La melodía era el tema principal de una novela que veíamos con mi madre cuando era una adolecente. Esos momentos eran de gran comunión juntas.
- Un solo corazón, de el Kanka. Esta canción tiene un mensaje precioso sobre lo que es vivir.
En lugar de decirte una película favorita, te diré que deseo mucho ver estas dos películas: “Il Postino” y “Cinema Paradiso”. Ambas tienen música maravillosa.
Finalmente un libro favorito “Todos los nombres” de Jose Saramago. Para mi este libro fue un gusto leer, no solo por la historia de Don José que realiza tantas peripecias complicándose la vida para encontrar un sentido en ella, así como por el estilo juguetón y natural de la escritura de Saramago.

Songs I enjoy:

- "The Sleeping Beauty" by Tchaikovsky. It reminds me of dancing gracefully and joyfully as a child.
-"El día que me quieras". This is a tango by Carlos Gardel. The melody was the main theme of a soap opera my mother and I watched when I was a teenager. Those moments were of great communion together.
- "Un corazón" by El Kanka. This song has a beautiful message about what it means to live.

Instead of telling you a favorite movie, I'll tell you that I really want to see these two films: Il Postino and Cinema Paradiso. Both have wonderful music.

Finally, a favorite book of mine is "Todos los Nombres" by José Saramago. For me, this book was a pleasure to read, not only because of the story of Senhor José, who goes through so many complicated adventures trying to find meaning in life, but also because of Saramago's playful and natural writing style.

En relación a organización, puedo compartir de mi experiencia en gestión de proyectos y organización en general de equipos de trabajo.
Luego, algo que he aprendido y que he estado enseñando a las personas que veo que lo necesitan, es en aplicar herramientas de gestión emocional.
