I have only one current mission: to live.

I want to live with love, joy, and "good thinking". I intend to live in full harmony with people, animals, nature, and environment. I try to join political, spiritual, and personal domains in my practices, thoughts and feelings. I appreciate this way of living, and I'm looking for people who share with me similar values.

I imagine a world constructed by respect for cultural and biological diversity. This is why understanding and supporting others is so important to me. Also, I imagine a world when people can communicate without having a Smartphone or and Ipad in between. I would like to hear others, but I would like to be heard too. I'm not a fan of social media.

I'm political scientist and anthropologist with graduate studies, but I don't have a personality defined only by academia. I think I'm a complex person: I can be frivolous, smart, open-minded, good-talker, best friend, loving, and sincere at the same time. The key is the balance between all these things.

Writing is my best friend. I write about all, for example, politics, culture, peace-building, women rights, and indigenous peoples. Because I'm feminist I write a lot about women in academic publications and media. I love Colombian literature, but I like to read Arabic literature too. 2016 was my year of "Nigerian and Lebanese Literature."

Drawing and painting are also great friends to me. Fields and nature are treasures.

Sólo tengo una misión en la vida: vivir.

Siempre he querido vivir con amor, felicidad y un "buen pensamiento". Trato de vivir en completa armonía con las personas, los animales, la naturaleza y el entorno. Intento, en mi día a día, unir lo político y lo espiritual en mis propios actos, pensamientos y emociones. Aprecio mi modo de vida y por eso siempre estoy buscando establecer contacto con personas con las cuales pueda compartir valores similares.

Imagino un mundo que pueda ser construido por el respeto por la diversidad cultural y biológica. Es por esto que entender y apoyar a los otros es algo tan importante para mí. Además, imagino un mundo en el cual la gente pueda comunicarse sin tener un teléfono inteligente, una tableta o un Ipad en el medio. Me gusta escuchar a los otros, pero también me gustaría ser escuchada. Por esto tampoco soy fan de las redes sociales.

Soy polítóloga y antropóloga con estudios de posgrado, pero mi personalidad no está definida por la academia. Creo que soy una persona compleja: puedo ser frívola, inteligente, de mente abierta, buena conversadora, la mejor amiga, muy querida y muy sincera, todo al mismo tiempo. La clave está en el balance entre todas estas cosas.

La escritura es mi mejor amiga. Escribo acerca de todo, por ejemplo, política, cultura, paz, derechos de las mujeres y pueblos indígenas. Soy feminista y por eso escribo un montón sobre mujeres en publicaciones académicas y en medios. Me gusta la literatura colombiana , pero también me gusta la literatura árabe. Declaré que el 2016 fue mi año de la "literatura libanesa y nigeriana".

El dibujo y la pintura también son grandes amigos para mí. El campo y la naturaleza son mis tesoros.

A friend told me about CS when I was about to travel to México City in 2008. I created my CS profile and here I am. My experiences in CS are great. I met two wonderful men and I kept them as good friends until today.
