ABOUT ME

I'm an energetic, friendly and very open minded girl from Germany with the passion of traveling and learning about other cultures and lifestyles. That's why the concept of couch surfing is a perfect way of living out my wanderlust and thirst for knowledge.
It all started when moving to Canada for about 6 months when I was 15. During that time I did several trips to the US and Canada's east coast.
After finishing school in 2014, I used the first chance of traveling and did a roadtrip with a couple friends in France before heading off to Australia in August... And here I am! Finally made it here in order to earn some money in order to travel around and see some more of the world.
I don't really know yet what to do when I'm back home but probably studying pharmacy... But honestly, it's still changing every month haha

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I wanna use every opportunity in order to make the most out of my traveling. Even though you meet lots of people in hostels, you almost never get the chance to experience the country's "real culture and people" and get to know people better than having a couple drinks in the evening. I wanna share the story of my life as well as getting to know other stories and experiences and that's why I like couch surfing.
I haven't had the chance yet to do couch surfing due to my work at the moment but I'm looking forward to all my travels and the people I'm gonna meet.

Interests

Besides traveling I've always been a fan of nature. I love camping with friends, with a bonfire, a few drinks and some good music.
I enjoy being active... Mountain biking, riding motorbikes, rock climbing, and swimming but a nice and quite day with reading and movies is not bad either.

Music, Movies, and Books

Music: Electronic, Pop, some good old music... But I'm always open for something new.
Movies: I can't say no to some good horror movies but I don't need them every day
Books: unfortunately missing time for lots of reading :/

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Hard to say... Probably swimming with elephants last December in Bali. Just did the 134m Bungee jump in Queenstown, it was amaaazing!!!

Teaching others that even if you're young and didn't achieve that much yet, you can still make the world a better place!
