hi, traveler I think so, usually it depends on the job I can get.I juggle with the chef'job and mechanic's job. all I like in the life is: learn all i can, meet kind people they want to share advice and all they would.
I am a deeper admirer of the nature, the ocean, the mountain, either with a cycle or a windsurf or by foot again. I like to be in harmony with it.
I can spent a lot of time to look at a paysage.
sensible and sweet person, I like to share with the other the simple way of life , drink a fucking good beer, a good red wine of my friend with Cantal's cheese or gaperon's cheese, make extreme sport, and don't know where i ll be in 5 month
to say quick, live at present time with a minimum of purpose.

I have skills to cook few ingredients, I like the fine cuisine, I can teach a bit of farriery but it's a hard job, you have to know.
