I believe life begins outside of your comfort zone. Joy and love are reason enough to do or try anything. I believe in being present - with ourselves, all our emotions and thoughts, with moments. I love hearing everyone's stories, what brought them to where they are today, their thoughts, feelings, experiences, and all. I hope to live life with an open mind, open heart, and open arms.

travel, food and cooking, concerts, music, plays and shows, reading, running, hiking, getting lost (not all who wander are lost), conversations that last for hours over tea and coffee, writing letters to good friends, bike rides, and running through fountains. people who are living their lives with passion, living our dreams instead of dreaming of our lives, people who go against the status quo, people who are engaged in the moment and with who they're with.
