Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I used Couchsurfing nearly 10 years ago when I was 19 to travel around the United States and it was one of the best experiences of my life. I've come to realize that some of the most memorable experiences have been shared with locals showing me their lives. Sneaking into a baseball game through a kitchen, trying the best donuts in your town, having an insect named after me at the local zoo... these are the memories I treasure more than just visiting a well known landmark!

I have a wide variety of interests and am always down to try something new. I would say that I'm not really great at any one thing because I want to try everything 😅 my most recent addiction back home is rock climbing and would love to do more of this on my travels 🧗‍♀️

Music, Movies, and Books

I love watching TV series, true crime, psychological thrillers, comedy, Korean dramas. I like very chill music, lofi and also hardstyle when I need some energy.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Hard to limit it to one thing when I feel like the last 2 years have been one amazing thing after another but some of the highlights would be:
- Diving with 100s of dolphins in the Galapagos
- Polar Plunge in Antarctica
- Watching the lava eruptions from Acatanango 🌋
- Hiking in Patagonia
- Climbing my first 5000m+ and 6000m+ mountains... 7000m next? 🤔

I can help with teaching English and maybe some Mandarin if you are interested. I am currently learning Spanish and always seeking to improve on that.
