About Me
*Currently working in clinical research in London, United Kingdom*
Hello! My name is Vivi. I'm a bioengineer and a certified physiotherapist in my home country, Taiwan.
I'm an open-minded person who enjoys meeting new people around the world and have participated in several hosting activities throughout high school and until now.
In my free time I'm an amateur pastry chef, language enthusiast, and a traveler. I also like to read, exercise, and learn new skills.
Whether it's in Taipei, Taiwan, London, or anywhere in the world, I love to explore places that are less touristy but still are appreciated by locals, so if you would like to get to know some less popular places in Taipei, maybe I can give you some tips! Outdoor activities (hiking, cycling...) have always been my go-to thing in my weekends and when it comes to travelling; as for indoor activities, I like to try out different restaurants and cuisine in the city.
Feel free to check out my travel Instagram and YouTube channel: @vivigoesglobal
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I love to meet new people and make friends whenever I am! I like to show people around my lovely city and my country. I've always held this belief that through the locals, travelers can learn a lot more about the place through different aspects. I'm willing to provide some great tips about my place while I also wish to get a taste of what locals in other countries do when I am travelling.
