ABOUT ME

I have been married to wonderful man for the last 4 years. I run my own business designing and selling organic cotton printed tees (which I print as well) all over the country. I can drive alone for mind boggling amounts of time, though I probably shouldn't be announcing my freakish aptitudes. I have no children, but have a very demanding cat and love animals.

PHILOSOPHY

I am looking to meet new people in new cities while I travel doing my shows.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I am a great couch surfing guest because I surf while doing craft shows so I am clean, quiet, leave early in the morning and am at my show all day. I love being introduced to great bars, amazing local food, and meeting new people.

兴趣

Creating collage artworks, being a crafty know-it-all, DIY home repair, drinking tea, slowly learning to cook, making my own clothing, writing very short fictions when I get the time, reading, though lately I have only had time for books on tape, and reconnecting with old friends.

Just finished the unabridged "Count of Monte Cristo" or rather listening to it on CD while I drive my usual 7+ hours to craft shows. Love reading humorist essay type books like David Sedaris and Garrison Keillor. I like learning new facts so I watch documentaries. My favorite band to listen to is Muse but I listen to blues, old school country (like Johnny Cash), 70's sounding current rock like like The Black Keys & The White Stripes, glam rock like David Bowie and Queen, punk rock (Dead Kennedys)...and more.

I would love to hang out with a practicing Buddhist. It is a philosophy I greatly admire and have begun studying here in Columbus.

But I believe you learn a little from everyone you meet and thus I try to meet many people and hopefully form lasting relationships.
