Overview
About Me
Hi, I am Vishwajeet, you can call me Jeet. I am originally from India, but I am living in Munich for the last 2 years.
I am a very open-minded and curious person, who knows a little bit about loads of things. I think quite a lot about certain topics such as the impact of technology on our culture, philosophy and human psychology, and making a positive impact on the world. I am a politically aware person who is liberal when it comes to most issues but likes to listen to people who hold different views than I do. Also, my friends say I am funny, but who knows :(
But in all honesty, I spend the majority of my time researching about amazing food places and cafés. If you are reading this in Munich or planning to visit, I can definitely take you to some cool places :)
In my free time, I like to do some swimming, cooking for friends, reading a book, listening to a podcast and meditation from time to time. I listen to a lot of podcasts, a lot!!! Also, I am quite active on twitter ;) (https://twitter.com/vishwajeets3)
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I am mostly Couchsurfing to meet people who hold both similar and opposite views. In fact, I really appreciate spending a lot of time with people who are from different country, different background, different profession, etc. As long as you can tell me all those hidden food stops, we can be friends ;)
For me traveling means meeting locals, eating good food at local places and visiting amazing cafes ;). If you host me, I promise to make you laugh, if I fail in doing that, then I will cook you some good Indian curry 🤷♂️.

Music, Movies, and Books
My favorite music: I am open to experiencing different kinds of music, but I really enjoy EDM particularly house, techno, and trans.
Books: Big book reader or I should say book listener (Thanks Audible!). I am one of those fast readers who try to finish the books in 2 days (which hardly happens ;))
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Decided to move to a new country at age of 22 to start working. I don't know if its amazing, but I am proud of it anyways :)
Teach, Learn, Share
I love to talk about culture, food, politics and deeper intellectual conversations regarding future.
I would like to learn about regional food, language, and culture. If possible, I would love to cook a meal together.
What I Can Share with Hosts
My general curiosity about life, politics, and all those big boring stuff. On the flip side I will make some mean Indian curry with some spices and loads of crappy jokes 😉
