Right now, I am exchange student in Spain. Erasmus is a project, that has greatly changed my life from home-sitting to world-learning. I love to meet new people, see new countries, exchange life experience. I like pretty much self-development in different spheres, that include my field of study and hobbies.

We made a great tour by some European countries, and now we are dreaming to reveal a world of Portugal, that is still completely unknown for us.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

To live inside EU gave me opportunities to travel that I didn`t have before in Ukraine. After my travelling with Kateryna Chornous by Europe with couchsurfing, I realize that it is a best way to meet new people, who can show you their culture in a way that not any touristic guide could do so. All people are different. And it is very interesting to see these differences between countries and nations. Often I realize that I have more in common with people from other countries, than from my own. Maybe we are more similar than we think?

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I would mention two things. Firstly, I won a difficult competition at my university to become an Erasmus Student. That has let me to live in other country and to broaden my mind very much. Till now I love traveling and to meet new people. After that I consider myself as a citizen of the World.
Second thing is just professional - I have maintained a very expensive and complicated marine aquarium for some months. This was one of most challenging and nervous works that I have done with a great pleasure. I can show photos, if you want.
