About Me
CURRENT MISSION
to visit the Diane Arbus exhibition in Berlin
ABOUT ME
I'm a bit of a happy cosmopolitan. I've lived in the United States for 14 years, and Bosnia and Croatia before that, and now I'm back in Croatia. I study literature. And, no, I don't know what I'll do with my life when I finish my studies. For now, I read a lot, drink coffee, smoke cigarettes, dream about having a cat named Pickle, hang out on the terrace with my friends from Zagreb.
PHILOSOPHY
happily existential
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I've hosted and surfed only a few times. I'm a bit awkward and shy, but then I get over it, surprisingly quickly. I guess it's nice to experience places from a "local" perspective. Currently, I have an apartment in Zagreb and I'll probably start hosting, in the fall, when I get back from vacation.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
Sporadic. But mostly positive.
Interests
literature, cities, cultivating laziness, reading the new yorker, watching funny cat videos and finding funny cat-related stuff on the web, NPR podcasts (Radiolab and This American Life, Freakonomics), queer stuff, flea markets, terraces
