ABOUT ME

I grew up in Romania, lived there for 16 years, moved to North Carolina where I stayed for 2 years before moving to Gainesville, FL to go to University of Florida. After graduating I lived in Honduras for 1 year, working in the Peace Corps as an Water and Sanitation Engineer. Unfortunately my tour was cut short by the rising murder rate. Now I´m trying to figure out my life.

My favorite activity, by far, is rock climbing - I'm addicted and it is awesome!

Musik, Filme und Bücher

Music: Manu Chao, Jack Johnson, Sublime, Red Hot, Wu-Tang, just to name a few, but the list is really really long. I listen to pretty much anything.

Books: I read whatever reliable sources recommend. I'm terrible with names, so usually I forget the name by the time I finish the book. Books I've read a number of times were: 1984, Animal Farm, Brave New World. See the pattern?

Lehren, lernen, teilen

I can teach you almost anything about bikes: building, maintenance, lacing and truing wheels, how to ride with no hands :-)

I can also teach you how to say cheers in many european languages.
