Well hello there!

I'm Emma, 22-year-old sophomore at the University of Turku. I'm studying geography and I'm loving it - I've always been interested in traveling, meeting people from other countries, different cultures, nature etc. That's why I registered to CS in the first place.

I live near the city centre of Turku with my fiancé and our funny little shetland sheepdog Luka.

I'm active in different student organizations and I like to keep myself busy. Currently I'm in UN Youth of Finland, Nature League, European Geography Students Association, in my faculty's own student association... So besides studying and working in a small grocery store I spend my free time in events and meetings of the organizations mentioned above.

Wanderlust - I have a cronic urge to travel and I live from planning trips. Nothing motivates me more than travelling.
People - I love meeting people
Economy - well, I am a student with a student budget

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

I went for a ten day hike with people I never had met before. We spent awesome days in Finnish Lapland and it really showed me how easily you get to know people when you're stuck in the wilderness with them. Without playing cards.
