There is so much to say and so little space and time to say it. I am 19, a student of medicine on a faculty of Charles University in Prague, Czech Republic. That I believe pretty much describes my professional interests - Chemistry and Biology. I am also very fond of Psychology, Sociology and my ultimate lifelong dream is to make living by helping people worldwide through the knowledge of Psychosomatics. -- helping people with things they can't help themselves with (such as health related problems) I believe to be my greatest dream.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I spent significant part of my life away from my home, the Czech Republic. I lived in Viet Nam for a few years, also attained a scholarship on an international school in Malaysia. Travelling and moving from one place to another and gaining knowledge and experiences of those places makes up an inseparable part of who I am.

Couchsurfing is an awesome way combine my love for discovering new places along with everything it has to offer, be it the people or the atmosphere of diverse locations in general, and the fact I am still a student with rather extremely limited funds for doing what I love.

Interests

My number one hobby of all is music, I like to think of myself as a multi-instrumentalist, although I am aware that it is such a long journey to call yourself that legitimately. I play the saxophone (got myself a beautiful 1929 Martin alto just recently), the guitar and also the piano. In the future, I would love to learn to play the cello, trumpet and more.

I was raised in a sportspeople family, so I am no stranger to the common stuff such as cycling or running. My winter love is skiing and snowboarding, during summer I adore playing volleyball. My all year round hobby remains skateboarding <3

Music, Movies, and Books

During childhood, I absolutely loved books by Cornelia Funke - I read everything she's wrote then, the favourite being Inkheart, The Thief Lord and the Dragon Rider. Right now I really enjoy books by Megan W. Turner, especially the Attolian trilogy, which I am finishing up as we speak.

My music selection rotates around Jazz (D. Ellington, C. Parker, H. Hancock), Hardcore (Asking Alexandria, Memphis May Fire, Texas in July) and Indie-Rock (the Pigeon Detectives, the Vaccines), but I find myself listening to pretty much anything that catches my ear.

Most favourite film would have to be Maverick, Se7en and Whiplash.
