ABOUT ME

I'm the kind of guy who covers up his shyness in contact with others by either distant observation or learned conversation about all sorts of deep matters. At least that's my shell. On the inside of that shell, often enough there's someone, who would like to play and touch, tell you what he really thinks and values (and what not), hear the same from you, and someone who wants to know something about you that is really meaningful to you and love you for revealing it.

PHILOSOPHY

I live to cry all my tears and laugh all my laughter. There is a deep yearning in me to just tap into the flow of life and dance and sing in whatever way suits me. And then to share it with others. I'm a connection that thrives through giving and receiving. If any of the two is not expressed, I suffer. And so it goes with the world.
So I want to serve that connection, I want to translate and communicate what is truly going on for people and for myself. I want to stay in an open and vulnerable place that radiates with freedom and love. My experience has been that whenever this happened, true love and intimacy were present and I wanted to be nowhere else but here and now.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I've started my CS career traveling and surfing couches. For a while I've been hosting people.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I've met some very interesting people, who shared of their lives, some which I'm still in touch with. I really enjoyed most of them, their openness, their generosity and kindness. And in the cases that I don't appreciate as much, the only problem was, that I was a bit bored and not engaged in the kind of connection that I cherish. That's probably a luxurious problem.

兴趣

Almost all of my interests have to do with creating conditions in which I can breath freely, show my open heart and give and receive joyfully. So to this end I'm fond of topics like inner growth and development, nonviolent (compassionate) communication, integral politics, community building, discussing life with inquiry and clarity, learning languages, enjoying stories and music that reveal something about the open and vulnerable nature of human beings.
I also like to play guitar and sing once in a while.
