About Me

CURRENT MISSION

to fall deeper in love with life

ABOUT ME

Teaching yoga (to mothers, adults, babies, at-risk youth, friends) as often as possible, being a loving and intentional mother to my son and striving to find ways to still travel while also building a consistent community - this is what I am up to lately.

PHILOSOPHY

"Forget not that the earth delights to feel your bare feet and the winds long to play with your hair."

- Kahlil Gibran

After staying on 10 different folks' couches, I have had nothing but wonderful experiences and love the community and idea.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Used to be, watching my nieces' birth...the most incredible experience ever. Now, having delivered my son myself in a bathtub, our labor was the most outrageously transformative and euphoric experience ever.

Teach, Learn, Share

"Never stay up on the barren heights of cleverness, but come down into the green valleys of silliness."
-Ludwig Wittgenstein
I remind people how easy it is to appreciate the world and the life we live with it.
