ABOUT ME

I'm all about working hard but playing harder. I spend all of my money on travel and my dog, he lives a charmed life. When I'm free, I plan my next trips, cook, read books, practice yoga, and go for a drink (let's be honest..never just one drink) with friends. I would love to add that I have a witty, sarcastic sense of humor but people who call themselves funny are like people who laugh at their own jokes.

I would love to host but find myself being hosted more often because of my travels.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Nothing but pure awesomeness. I have met some absolutely amazing people. Open, kind, hilarious, enlightened, the list could go on. The best memories I have of my travels are based on the people I met, the people make the city.

Favorite memory would be sitting around a table of Italians after eating some amazing pasta, playing Italian drinking games and playing and singing along to The Beatles on the guitar over candlelight. Euphoria.

Eating new food, meeting people of different cultures, expanding my horizons, experiencing nightlife in different places, yoga, cooking new meals without recipes.

Music: Everything. Seriously, everything...except hard metal. I have been known to dance without any music playing aloud at all.

Movies: I find i don't have time for too many movies but....Harry Potter Films, Girl Interrupted, Eternal Sunshine of a Spotless Mind, anything Pixar.

Books: Harry Potter books, Perks of Being a Wallflower, Anna Karenina, Eat Pray Love, The Great Gatsby

Hiked to the top of Masada (Israel) to watch the sunrise after camping in the desert in Bedouin tents.
