I’m someone who knows how to enjoy life. I can be a bit nerdy, a bit funny, and I love telling jokes. I enjoy meeting new people and learning how they see the world. I also love hearing bizarre travel stories and sharing some of my own.
I easily get fascinated by new things and can dive deep into a new field for a long time - and sometimes even achieve success in it. I love crafting things with my hands, writing articles, and debating with people - not to argue, but to collaboratively seek the truth.
I studied at three universities but didn’t finish any of them. My career has been diverse, from designing electronics to programming.
In my free time, you’ll often find me on the couch with a laptop, working on pet projects, reading news, watching series, or exploring new topics. When I’m not at couch, I’m usually traveling.

I joined Couchsurfing a long time ago because I love the idea of people being able to stay in another country for free in exchange for hosting others in their own country. To me, this is a form of natural exchange, which feels more human and rewarding than traditional transactions.
What attracts me to traveling and meeting new people is the uniqueness of new places and perspectives. Every city, country, and person has something different and exciting to offer. I want to explore how others live, think, and see the world.
I have plenty of Couchsurfing experience - both as a host and as a guest. Together with my ex-girlfriend, I traveled extensively and hosted many people (though most references are on her account). Now I’m starting fresh. My goal is to build genuine friendships with people from other countries.

My hobbies are important to me because they let me switch gears and prevent burnout. I believe you can’t focus on just one thing forever - it’s refreshing and energizing to dive into something different.
I love designing electronics, especially for smart home systems, and working with my hands. A while ago, I fell in love with ceramics, which is now one of my favorite hobbies. I also enjoy photography - if you host me, you might even get a personal photoshoot!

Musica, film e libri

Music: I listen to a wide range of genres, from rock and jazz to swing and experimental music. Some of my favorite artists and bands include Caravan Palace, Leonard Cohen, Powerwolf, Princesse Angine, Shortparis, and Aurelio Voltaire.
Movies & Series: I’m a fan of science fiction and action movies. I also love modern animated series like Invincible, Love, Death & Robots, Disenchantment, Inside Job, and Rick and Morty. Altered Carbon is a favorite of mine—both the series and the book.
Books: I enjoy science fiction and thought-provoking literature. Some recent favorites include Gideon the Ninth by Tamsyn Muir, Blindsight by Peter Watts, and stories by Greg Egan. I also have a soft spot for Harry Potter fanfiction (its my guilty pleasure).

One of the most incredible experiences I’ve had was spending three months in the Arctic working on a smart home project for oil workers. It was challenging but unforgettable.

I always strive to give back to my hosts. I can cook for you, help with home repairs (except plumbing!), share stories and travel photos, or even give you a personal photoshoot. I’m happy to care for pets, help around the house, and collaborate on creative projects.
