About Me

CURRENT MISSION

To find myself

ABOUT ME

I'm 17 years old, I live in Lithuania, Vilnius. I'm still a student in high school. I really enjoy playing guitar. I enjoy cycling, it is a great way to move across the city and it makes longer trips more exciting. I like to travel, I haven't done it that much in the past so I'm looking forward to seeing the world.

PHILOSOPHY

Life is short so we have to enjoy it. Traveling is one of many ways to spend it meaningfully.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I only surf for now, because I live with my parents (and little brother and sister, all of whom make hosting a bit complicated :)

Interests

Movies, music, playing guitar, riding bicycles, old school things (bikes, cars, houses), snowboarding, sports, FIFA world cup!

Music, Movies, and Books

My favorite directors are Stanley Kubrick, Martin Scorcese, Quentin Tarrantino, David Fincher.
I listen to mostly rock music, my absolute favorites are Led Zepellin, AC/DC, Queen, Jimi Hendrix, Pink Floyd, Foo Fighters, Joe Bonamassa, Scorpions, White Stripes.
I don't read that many books, but I enjoyed reading Boot Camp and Fight Club.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I participated in a huge choir concert in Italy, also sang in the annual Song Festival (which has a significant role in Lithuania's historic road to freedom and independence). I also attended the concert of the best currently alive guitar player - Eric Clapton. ;)

Teach, Learn, Share

I've been playing guitar for almost 3 years now, I don't consider myself very good guitar player yet, but I could teach you something. I could teach some Lithuanian language. And I think I’m pretty good at fixing bikes :)
