About Me

CURRENT MISSION

To find a style of music to suit my terrible dancing

ABOUT ME

I would go by the live fast, die young motto but I'm far too lazy to do anything quickly.

I like to think of drinking as a second job, one that I find quite a lot more rewarding than actual work, just sadly not financially. I do a bit of music promotion on the side and can usually be relied on to find a good gig, occasionally a bad one too.

My interests dont stretch much past long arguments in pubs about who would win in a fight between Pirates and Ninjas or something similar. Oh and sarcasm, I'm partial to a bit of that.

I cant dance. I know this and have come to terms with it.

PHILOSOPHY

I only felt I became even vaguely like an adult when I realised all I knew is what that I know nothing. I set rules that I know in about 2 weeks will change. Social convention confuses me. Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I know Glasgow as well as can be expected for someone who's lived here all their life. I'm probably best suited to someone who wants to tour a good number of bars with an inevitable party later. I can allow a little bit of culture as well if pushed.

Interests

A little bit of song writing
A whole lot of song listening
Finding little hidden away pubs
Watching far too much comedy TV
Sunshine in beer gardens
Leopard print bed sheets
Overly ambitious plans
Discovering new bands before anyone else
Pretending I'm funny
Not sleeping for three days

Music, Movies, and Books

I'm quite into a bit of Terry Pratchett although my favourite author has to be the genius that is Robert Rankin.

Music is a bit of an infinate area, if you discount screaming metal music I'm pretty sure theres an act I like in every genre.

If its a comedy or action film I'm there.

Job done.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I found a pound coin down the back of my sofa the other day. Was well good.
