ABOUT ME

I grew up in Rhode Island and Pennsylvania my entire life. I went to school and was a quiet geek. I graduated and really began to become me. I am a seeker of knowledge. I am going as a Duel Major of Business and Computer Science at UoPitt with a minor in Religion. I enjoy it.

I am 6'1", white male. I love living life and sharing what i have with others as needed. It is great i found this site

PHILOSOPHY

Life is short in the span of the ages, and throughout all of that time people have risen to power and lost it all. I want to understand what happened and interpret what knowledge i have gained so that we as a whole can make steps forward and not back.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Well, at first it started with this trip i needed for June 5th. I found this site through a friend and because of it, I have decided to host people. I cant host at the moment since the reason for my June trip is to find an apartment. So im hoping as long as this one works, i should be set for being a person who just loves the idea of helping people out and sharing a bit of what i know. ^_^

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I would couch surf down in the city, mostly at friends houses. It is always a great experience and i enjoyed myself. I have seen a lot of stuff on those couches and pretended to be asleep during others while other things went down.... wether it be sex, someone falling through the floor, or much more. Maybe ask me about the falling through the floor one, that is a good story.

Oh couches have taken me far, though all on my own. I hope that when i establish myself on this site that i can spread the joy to many others. ^_^

Interests

I am a bit of a gamer, but more then that now, i am an explorer. I love life and want to experience a lot of it. This is a necessary step in seeing it all. ^_^

Music, Movies, and Books

I like all music but extremely (and i mean very extremely) selective on country and rap. I love everything else. Jazz, classical, all the sub-genres of rock, metal, punk, etc. I have seen almost every movie since 1998, so i enjoy movies a lot ^_^

I read fantasy books. I cant read stuff other then that since it doesnt seem to maintain my attention levels as i want them too. My current task is to read, interpret, and completely understand the Bible, though tedious to alot is quite feasible.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

amazingly bad.... i guess.. I was standing next to a room heater, and lit my pants of fire causing 3rd degree burns on my legs. It hurt, A LOT, but the next day i went to school. The teacher told me "Will listen you should be at the hospital.." and laughed at me. Next thing he knew was that i was taken to the biggest burn hospital in the Philadelphia area. To me, burning flesh/hair smells like marshmallows cooking over an open fire at a camp ground. Odd, isnt it.

Teach, Learn, Share

umm, i know alot about computers, i dont mind helping with repairs and other types of handiwork around the house. I am a happy person and giving, so if you need a hand with anything, usually i am there to offer assistance.

Knowledge of trips in which people went on is a big thing, i like to enjoy trips alot, and some places i wont be able to go to for awhile. If i cant get there, i should understand someone elses first hand experience. I think that a spread of culture and knowledge is overall beneficial to everyone.
