Favorite Philosophers Line-up: Calvin (from the comic strip), Tyler Durden (Fight Club, anyone?) and David Hume. The reserves are: Henry David Thoreau, Socrates and Albert Einstein.

Movies: Blade Runner, Dead Poets Society, Big Fish.

Books: Cien Años de Soledad, Catcher in the Rye, Unbearable Lightness of the Being, Lord of the Rings, Harry Potter, Blindness, and quite a few more.

Music: Mostly dead bands. Dire Straits, Beatles, and stuff. Also Jamiroquai, Eric Clapton, and some japanese rock like Monkey Majik. Mostly Rock, Blues and Pop.
Some Classics as well.

I have backpacked through several countries, met amazing people. Not sure if that's special enough, but it is the best for me.
