ABOUT ME

I love words, and complex people, and being outside after it rains. I hate being surprised. I like snowboarding and snowboarders. I like being able to read Portuguese, but not fully understand it. Someday I hope that changes. I like being able to speak English because it's useful for talking. I love nodding my head when I don't pay attention. Getting brthday gifts for simply being alive another year bothers me. I love my family, and bananas dipped in peanut butter. I love sitting cross legged in strange places. My body is a temple. I love being for just one person. I like grammar, and not just because I feel it has far fewer fans than it should, but because it's useful and interesting. I like seeing good pictures of myself, both for vanity's sake and because I like the idea of my youth being documented. I love coloring on paper table clothes with crayons. I like the word "Mamihlapinatapai," which is defined by Wikipedia as "listed in The Guinness Book of World Records as the 'most succinct word'. It describes a look shared by two people with each wishing that the other will initiate something that neither one wants to start." I un-like trying to sum myself up in choppy sentences. I am not afraid of Satan, but I fear God. I would like to jump around on the Moon once, for at least a good hour. I like saving the world from zombie infestations.
