I'm currently living in Germany where I'm pursuing my master degree in electrical engineering. I plan to travel all over Europe. I have lived abroad since I was 17 years old as I pursued my studies in Malaysia for 4 years and now I'm in Germany !! :D ...I have a twin brother (identical) :). Also, I'm very into social media as I believe it helps express one's own views and ideas in a wonderful way.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

My usual preference while travelling is to stay in hostels..But since I'm no longer in South east Asia where I'm familiar with the places and habits and also my travels in Europe will only be for short periods so it'd be amazing to have a local friend to show me around and tell me about the best places to go and of course to share some good time with ^_^.

Interests

This might sound a bit normal as I'm like everyone else enjoy outing, sightseeing. But I specially like dancing, hearing about other people life stories as I believe that you can always learn something new out of a story. I have done a lot of hiking as well but I prefer it more in big groups ;).

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I have swam with sharks in a Malaysian island :)
I have been to Phi Phi island where the movie (The Beach) was filmed :D
I have lived in 3 different countries in 3 different continents during the last 6 years.
I have participated in an Indian dance team and gave a wonderful performance (Bollywood style) that was one of my happiest moments ever !!

I'm highly concerned about the intolerance and the hate speech which are widely spreading. I think people shouldn't judge someone based on anything !! I even think that people shouldn't judge anyone at all. Currently, I'm trying to connect between the ideas of people with different backgrounds and languages by translating the most important issues that face people nowadays. As I live in Germany, the refugees situation is very complex and needs to be simplified so that people can get to know each other in a better way and as I hope in a more accepting one.
