ABOUT ME

Hi there! It is hard to give you a full picture of me in a few words. In short, I am a very ordinary girl from Hong Kong, who loves adventure a lot. I tried to step on many lands in the world and to listen to the story of each of them. I constantly challenge myself with novel tasks and activities. I think I will describe myself as a good listener, open-minded and accepting. I love to meet different people and feel like I can learn from every single one of them. It is a lively lesson when you get along with a person with different cultures, backgrounds or so.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I would love to surf in different countries to share my life with my hosts and listen to others' unique journeys. Unfortunately as I am living in the university's hall I think I cannot host anybody, but I absolutely welcome any invitation to hang around and explore the city I currently live in together.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I am very new in this community, only started a few months ago, and as I cannot host currently, I hang out with people and show them around instead. I have been hosted in England, for once only and it was a great experience, the host was nice, accommodating and we shared great stories.

Interests

I love music, I play guitar sometimes, but I am still learning, not a very good player. I enjoy it a lot though. During my travel this Easter, I found that I began to fall in love with classics.
I love photography as I love to see the world through lens and different angles and perspective. Capturing the best moments for people can be meaningful, too.
I pick up the habit to reading books again this year, especially when I am on a journey, it is the best time to read. Watching theatre and movies is good too, but imagination performs the best when you read a book.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

When I climbed up to Arthur's Seat in Edinburgh, a sudden shower brought us beautiful rainbows with the spectacular panorama view of the city.

Teach, Learn, Share

I can teach some Mandarin, Cantonese, maybe a bit of guitar (but I prefer learning from others more). We can share our knowledge and techniques in taking photos maybe.
