About Me

READ ME

I'm a CS veteran and have hosted over 40 people with my ex-girlfriend.

If you send me a request without reading the MY HOME section, I will not bother to look at it.

I'm learning German, Hebrew and Japanese so if you speak any of those and wouldn't mind helping me out definitely send me a request.

I also like home-made food but I'm a disaster in the kitchen so if you'd like to make something for me that'd be nice. :p

Also, I never say no to a cold one.

I have a German Shepherd puppy. You HAVE to love dogs.

ABOUT ME

I'd like to think I am a Pantheist but I also sometimes believe in intelligent design.

I love the nature and animals of all types - furry ones, squiggly ones, those that bite or claw, ones that crawl, swim or slither and every other type imaginable.

I love to travel. I love to learn languages and I speak quite a few of them with varying levels of fluency.

I love trains and meeting people on trains over over-priced pantry car beers.

I like to think about the universe, about faraway galaxies, mind-bending concepts like black holes, the start of the universe and other such cosmic quandries, about the humans that lived before us, about the marine creatures that dared venture on to land 400 million years ago to evolve into mammals and eventually, us fancy primates.

Maybe we'll never figure out a 'Theory of Everything' in our lifetimes but if anyone will in the future, I hope it will be because we lived, learnt and passed on the knowledge.

I also talk about other things like currency wars, global warming, international trade, culture and tourism and everything else under the sun.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Love meeting people. Have hosted a ton of people and I'm still in touch with some of them.

Jumped out of an airplane over the Jersey shore.

Sailed on a sail boat off the coast of Southern Maine in really stormy waters. (Absolutely, crazy!)

Countries I’ve Lived In

Germany, India, United States
