Hello there, I am Wajiha Rehman from Pakistan. I am final year student of Mechanical Engineering and I am Muslim. I am friendly and really love to meet new people from all around the world with new cultures, traditions, languages, religion and beliefs. In 2015 I attended an international conference on engineering in USA , after that traveling experience I felt that I want to be traveler. I believe that by traveling we can achieve world peace because when we meet people by ourselves we get to know what wrong things we got to heard about others are actually wrong, we all are alike!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I am on couchsurfing because it the best way to meet new people, specially natives. I belief that by meeting natives we can truly understand their nation and can develop understanding. This understanding will definitely help us to ensure world peace. Also natives can guide us that what should we do and what should not while living there, where should we visit, life hacks of that particular place and most important thing "bonds" of friendship which we can made by couchsurfing.

I stood 1 in natinal level SDC (Student Design Competition) 2015 organized by ASME (American Society of Mechanical Engineering) and represented my country in Texas Houston USA in IMECE.
