So I have this theory...bare/bear with me:
Life is lived in 4 year increments. The goal is to accomplish something that you are proud of. Something you can look back upon in those 4 years and recognize the effort and work that occurred. One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Met a child with a debilitating connective tissue disorder which results in painful blisters and scarring anytime the child touches something. This child's condition was so severe that his fingers had fused together due to the constant opening and closing of wounds. When I met him he was essentially wrapped up like a mummy just to protect his fragile skin from the most insignificant trauma. You would expect with all the pain and hardship that this child has endured that he would be beaten down. To the contrary, he was so full of life and laughter that to the casual observer you would never know that he had any condition whatsoever.
