I'm a pretty care-free guy and quick to smile always. A true believer in the work hard, party/travel harder philosphy.

PHILOSOPHY

I live life to the fullest, right now. I think people tend to try to 'get through the shitty part in order to get to the good part', but I like to enjoy the present. The day I say "the best part of my life was when..." is the day I call er quits!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Couchsurfing has opened my eyes to an all new way of travelling. It has allowed me to connect with different cultures in a way that I believe was closed to backpackers before. I equally love hosting, as its great to show people what Canada has to offer too!

Interests

I love to play sports of all kinds, such as ultimate, volleyball, waterpolo, soccer/football, dodgeball, etc... I don't own a t.v. (I've since succombed to using a cellphone), so I instead spend my time playing guitar and going out. I'm always down for a pint whenever anyone asks (you don't even have to ask nicely...)

Trekked through the Himalayas with a medical team, and got to stay in a 2500 year old monastary... quite the honour!

Teach, Learn, Share

I'll teach anyone to play guitar if they have one lying around. I can throw a disc half decently as well, so anyone who wants to play some ultimate, i'm all yours!

I have a few recipes up my sleeve, but i'm no natural chef, so I'd love to learn some different cooking.
