I love to travel and have been fortunate enough to meet some amazing people along the way who have taken great care of me.

I really enjoy meeting new people, and I find that globetrotters are often more open to sharing their homes, their friends and their experiences. Or at least more so than the types of acquaintances you might meet in a hotel or AirBnB

So far I have only had one 'weird' Couch Surfing experience...this is definitely not an alternate to Tinder for me...which I get the feeling it might be for some people. I just love making new friends and learning about other cultures and lives.

Accommodation can be a killer expense - so I figure why not 'pay it forward' and meet some new people along the way
