Mi nombre es Wanda, tengo 24 anos, criada en Buenos Aires, Argentina a los 19 anos me fui a vivir a Perú por dos anos y allí me forme como cocinera en Lima y Cusco, siempre sentí que si bien amo la gastronomía también es importante fijarse en el producto que utilizamos y la tierra en donde crece nuestra comida, entonces me empece a hacer un búsqueda mas profundo en esa área, capacitandome en cursos sobre agricultura, huerta y medio ambiente... Viaje a New York donde hice practicas en un restaurante - granja, que es un icono del concepto *farm to table* y luego me capacite unos meses mas en California. Ahora estoy en busca de mas experiencias de este tipo tratando de aprender mucho de los diferentes lugares, culturas, idiomas, sobre la tierra y mirando el mundo con mi mirada de cocinera.
Ademas practico Asthanga Yoga cada manana y soy lesbiana :)

My name is Cloe, I am 23 years old, I was raised in Buenos Aires, Argentina. At the age of 19 I went to live in Peru for two years and there I trained as a cook in Lima and Cusco, I always felt that although I love gastronomy it is also important look at the product we use and the land where our food grows, then I began to do a deeper search in that area, training in courses on agriculture, orchard and environment ... I traveled to New York where I did some restaurant - farm, which is a concept icon * farm to table * and then train me a few more months in California. Now I am looking for more experiences of this kind trying to learn a lot of different places, cultures, languages, on the earth and looking at the world with my cook's glasses.
I practice Asthanga Yoga every morning and I'm lesbian :)

Music, Movies, and Books

Escucho musica por generos y momentos, ultimamente he estado escuchando bastante Hip Hop como Tupac, Biggie , Junior Mafia, Princess Nokia, Canserbero porque me gusta rapear, y quiero aprender, me gusla la electronica psicodelica, me ha gustado mucho la salsa al estilo boricua o venezonalo, como Hector Lavoe, Willie Collon, Frankie Ruiz o Oscar de Leon. He escuchado clasicos de las 60' 70' como Pink Floyd,Santana , Jimi Hendrix, Janis Joplin. Viaje a Peru fascinada por su cumbia amazonica de los 70, como Los Destellos, Enrique Delgado, Los Mirlos. Puede apreciar muchisimo la musica, realmente me encanta y me relaja. Musica es vida.
Peliculas me gusta verlas y compartir el momento pero no soy cinefila ni se mucho respecto al cine. Prefiero documentales sobre naturaleza , investigaciones o hechos historicos.
Libros, me encantan trato de leer lo mas que puedo, he leido de todo, me encantan tambien las insvestigaciones , ahora estoy leyendo un libro oscuro sobre expericias con psicodelicos en el Medio Oriente, otro libro sobre una granja donde trabaje se llama The Third Plate, su autor es Dan Barber y Cosmos de Carl Sagan.

I listen to music for genres and moments, lately I've been listening to Hip Hop like Tupac, Biggie, Junior Mafia, Princess Nokia, Canserbero because I like rapping, and I want to learn, I like psychodelic electronica, I liked Puerto Rican style very much or venezonalo, like Hector Lavoe, Willie Collon, Frankie Ruiz or Oscar de Leon. I've heard classics from the 60 '70' like Pink Floyd, Santana, Jimi Hendrix, Janis Joplin. Travel to Peru fascinated by his 70's amazonian cumbia, such as Los Destellos, Enrique Delgado, Los Mirlos. You can appreciate the music very much, I really love it and it relaxes me. Music is life.
Movies I like to watch them and share the moment but I'm not cinephile nor do I know much about movies. I prefer documentaries about nature, research or historical facts.
Books, I love trying to read as much as I can, I've read everything, I love insvestigations, now I'm reading a dark book about psychedelics in the Middle East, another book about a farm where I work is called The Third Plate , its author is Dan Barber and Cosmos by Carl Sagan.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Sentirme libre y viajar sin miedos, solo confiando en mi misma, energias y que todo va a estar bien, a fin de cuentas no somos nada, por eso hay que disfrutar la vida.

Feel free and travel without fear, just trusting in myself, energies, and everything will be fine, in the end we are nothing, that's why you have to enjoy life.

Puedo ensenar sobre comidas de mi país, o que he aprendido a hacer, algo de yoga y sobre cualquier cosa que sepa y pueda compartir.
Puedo aprender todo a cada momento, el aprendizaje es infinito.
Compartir, de eso se trata la vida.

I can teach about foods of my country or that i have been to make, some of yoga and whatever thnig that i know and i could share.
i can lear about everything in all the moments, the learning is infinitive.
