Friendly and open-minded person, I feel comfortable quite quickly in different environment. I already experience Helpx (volunteer work against food & bed) and it was great ...

I speak French, Dutch, English and a little little bit of German and Spanish too ...

PHILOSOPHY

While working I used a to have a busy life (nowadays is a bit quieter) .... while traveling, I'm enjoying peace just not knowing what will happen the next days or weeks ... It's nice to do things without stress and really enjoy life ...

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Being a guest or a host ... trying to get in touch with people having a profile that really talk to me ... (I don't like to send or get copy/paste requests).

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I've use couchsurfing several times in the UK, in France and in Canada between 2012 and 2013 while I was travelling around some beautiful countries. Nowadays I also host people if they don't really mind to be out of the cities of Brussels or Namur.

I like music from blues and folk to heavy metal ...
I read books about photography (practice, but also history), (geo)politicis and travels.
I'm not a movie fan even if I like some of them (Into the Wild, The wind that shakes the barley, The Angel's share ...) !

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Some cycling trips starting from Belgium ... Santiago de Compostella (Spain), Rome (Italy), French Alps (and way back) ...

Walking 6 miles (10 km) on the Great Wall in China.

Travelled for a year in Wales, Scotland, Ireland, France, Québec, Southern State of USA and New-Zealand meeting a lot of really nice people and hosting some of them in my campervan I was using for the european part of my one year trip ...

Teach, Learn, Share

I can teach you some tips in photography, some french, some dutch, and a lot of things about Belgium (chocolates, beers, towns, cities, histories, political issues etc ...)
