About Me

ABOUT ME

I'm an easy going guy. I have travelled in Europe by hitch hiking, and I want to see more of the world. Especially if there are nice couches to sleep on.

I live in a suburb of Nottingham with my partner (1 hour walk, or a 20 minute bus ride north-east from the centre) and have a spare room and double bed for 1 or 2 travellers to stay for 1 or 2 nights.

Please DON'T request a couch while you look for a place to live or looking for work.

I speak English and French.
I am a vegan, which might be a bit of a problem around France, so I might need to improvise a litte.

___________________________________________

PHILOSOPHY

See as much as possible in the time I have.
Meet interesting people and learn from them.

And don't make a mess :)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I am always looking for things off the beaten track, which has led me from abandoned coal mines to long-forgotten towers, and everything in between.

Spent time in tents high enough to look down on helicopters, and homebrew treehouses connected by dodgy rope. And I saw my share of awesome sights doing the national 3 peaks challenge, and cycling coast to coast.

Saving street cats and dogs in north Africa and saving persecuted wildlife in the UK.

And attack ships on fire, off the shoulder of Orion (obviously)
