About Me

I hate this section. How to describe myself. Yup. Lets sum up an entire person into a couple sentences shall we?
I like birds. I dislike death as an event, though accept it as a function. I own one paisley bucket hat, for which I long to acquire more. Paisley is my favorite color. I enjoy building stuff as much as I enjoy breaking stuff. LEGO was my childhood. I have strong opinions over random things. Toast doneness comes leaping to mind immediately. Not too much, or it's charred carbon. Too little, and it's just a disappointment to all who behold it. I weld, slam hammer to nail, tap chisel to stone, and throw axes for fun. I like the outdoors. I really like the indoors with a bottle of whatever and some good company discussing their interests. I really really like doing the latter in the domain of the former. I am currently rocking one pair of gym wear as my go to outfit, because all the clothes I have with me are bollocks and have torn to shreds during my job. As have I. Oh gods I ache.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Because fuck it. I know people who did, they had a blast, and if I can plan a major trip in the expanse of two hours starting 15 minutes ago, and I've already planned two dates, a train ride home, and thrown some laundry in to wash while I should already be sleeping because I'm a vampire, then I'm sure I can bargain my way into a stranger's home on my merits of whirlwind productivity.
Also, more to the point, I presently need a place to stay that's near a friends place, but I'm allergic to their animals, and I don't like hotels. I generally don't like being without people around. Not exactly always hanging out, but it's just nice knowing there's someone there.
