One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

During a horse-trek in Mongolia I stayed with a different family of nomads each night. I had my guitar with me, and one night I held chords while the son of the family strummed. I think it may have been his first time ever seeing a guitar. The next day, he took my friend and me on a nature hike and he explained the local flora and fauna to us without a common language.
