About Me

CURRENT MISSION

To see as many places on the planet as possible

ABOUT ME

Well, I can't describe myself as anything other than a traveller. Traveling for me equals living. Working on a cruise ship I get the chance to travel around the world about 8 months out of the year, and yet, the rest of the time I can't wait till I travel, even if only near my city.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

During the time I spend in my own city, I would like to help visitors get a grasp of what the city can offer, and trust me, there's a lot more to see in Lima than people ever think about.
While traveling around on my own, I'd love to find people who will point me in the right direction, provide me with useful (and useless) trivia, share a coffee or a beer, and, if traveling on my own, lend a couch to crash on.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

So far no experience surfing or hosting, but looking forward to it.

Interests

I like meeting interesting people, who have a lot to tell.

Music, Movies, and Books

Not a big reader, I gotta admit. I like most movies, except for certain genres, like war movies (I get the point). Comedies I love. I also like most kinds of music. Nothing too rough or messageless.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Among many other things I can't recall right now, I have swum with small sharks in the Galapagos Islands. Super nice experience, but FREEZING!

Teach, Learn, Share

Mmmh, not much I could "teach" on this field. Oh! Ok, if you ever drop your cell phone in water (or God forbid, some other liquid), remove the battery, and dip it in pure alcohol a couple of times. That'll displace the water, and replace it with alcohol, which doesn't cause rust or anything. After that, just leave it to "rest" for a while, and hope for the best. It totally works!
