ABOUT ME

Seeker of adventure in the attempt to satisfy my Wanderlust. I strive to make the search for happiness part of the journey, not the destination.

I just started back at university. I am taking Hospitality Management at Vancouver Island University. I've been working in the restaurant industry for the last 3 years so I'm excited to advance my knowledge and skills in the Hospitality program. It's a fun industry and I get to visit and meet new people all the time.

I am very much a dog person. I have a 6 year old Blue Picardy Spaniel that I love to pieces. We just moved to Nanaimo from Northern Saskatchewan so we are learning and exploring the city as well! I enjoy reading, watching movies and just enjoying life.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

If by chance you find yourself in my part of the world, I am willing to meet for coffee or hang out. Depending my roommates' and my schedule, we could probably donate a bed, couch or air mattress to some wayward surfers. :)

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Very little yet. I love the idea and I am lucky enough to have met a couple of travelers through Couch Surfing

I am an avid reader. I usually have a book or two on the go.

As far as music goes I listen to everything! I have a very confusing playlist... Disturbed, Loreena McKennitt, Paramore, Matchbox 20, Florence and the Machine, Adele, Pearl Jam, Evanescence, some country and anything that I can dance to!
