Overview
About Me
As a British-Colombian (and not the Canadian variety), I'm perpetually torn between coffee and tea. I've recently moved to Berlin 6 months ago and am trying my hand at becoming a writer.
While I haven't officially hosted anyone to date, I've met some wonderful Couchsurfers locally in my hometown of Philadelphia and while traveling in China, Italy, and Puerto Rico.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
Mainly to meet interesting and open people of diverse origins and opinions. While travelling, to get a taste of genuine local experiences not found in guidebooks.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Kayaked out to an uninhabited island off the east coast of Costa Rica after fasting 4 days. Spent the night on a hunger-induced vision quest of sorts, and found my spirit animal is a wandering hermit crab that may or may not be a reincarnation of Houdini. Upon my return the next morning I learned that the island was a frequent stop for Panamanian drug runners and that I was lucky to be alive; but then, aren't we all?
Teach, Learn, Share
I'm something of a Jack-of-all-trades, Master-of-none so can offer basic knowledge of a wide variety of skills and topics ranging from guitar to bike maintenance.
What I Can Share with Hosts
Beyond conversation and curiosity, I'm happy to help with cooking, cleaning, or construction projects.
