ABOUT ME

I just finished another guide season (whitewater) up in the north west and now am currently starting the next life as a wilderness therapy instructor in Utah.

I often find myself contemplating the mysteries of the universe in the wilds. i enjoy few things more than cooking and sharing conversation with good people, dear friends and strangers.

for at least this winter i plan on living in my van and exploring the part of the U.S.

I have surfed and hosted a bunch in 2005-2009 but due to not using my page it got closed. So here we go for round two.

i have been fortunate to meet amazing people, families and peers.

anything adventurous, be it the all the wilderness has to offer; mountains, rivers, valleys, deserts, oceans.

playing music, for others, with others.

cooking a good meal and telling stories while we get to eat it.

hard work and restful evenings.

passions include, rock climbing, slacklining, acroyoga and running rivers and hiking mountains.
