Make everybody singing with us the songs that people offers to us.

ABOUT ME

Wargasound is a songs based project, open to all, geographically moving around the world.
The number of Warga people on the road is not fixed, we can be two or ten, but we inform about that.
We collect songs in lots of diferent languages, we sing them, almost everyday, we play also our instruments, and we give you lyrics and other stuff to make them easy to sing.

PHILOSOPHY

Nomadic people living with sedentary people is a respectful interrelationship in wich people bring to each other all they need. Specially if we sing together!

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Some of our members are travelling, some receiving people. We discovered CS travelling in Romania, and all the people we have met through couchsurfing has become friends.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Hosted by people who found concerts for us the same evening, or by people keeping their door simply opened, or playing in the street with the people hosting us... wonderful sharing experiences!

Musica, film e libri

We sing mostly folk, traditionnal or popular songs in all languages we meet except
in French, Spanish and English. We decided that to center on the possibilities of so many other languages. As well, our repertoire might be not very known, and this is the point; bringing people to sing songs they don't know, in languages they (and often we) don't understand, as if it was their own folk songs.

Una cosa incredibile che ho fatto

Keeping this project alive since 2008, and keepîng it on the roads since 2010.
More than 30 people had been keeping this project alive all these years long.

Insegna, impara, condividi

We arrive.
We sing some songs.
People brings us they songs.
We leave.
After some time, we make them -also- ours
We sing them to other people,
This people share more songs with us,
Sometimes in their language, sometimes not.
They sing with us the other songs,
We leave again,
always friends back and front on our way,
and from time to time
we come again
And share, learn, teach, more and more.
