We are an Australian couple who have just returned home from 2 years abroad. We started by spending 6 weeks backpacking around South Africa and then explored the USA for 3 months. After the USA we moved to Calgary, Alberta in Canada for 19 months where we hosted many travellers up until the pandemic hit. Whilst we travelled we stayed with a lot of CS hosts and met so many awesome people.

Warwick works in farming and has been an advisor in crop production for 7 years. Georgia works as an educator in a local Childcare facility.

Warwick is into all sorts of sport and we both enjoy outdoor activities. Warwick has a university degree in Agricultural Science and Georgia is a qualified childcare worker.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

This is a great way to meet other people and make new mates. Much prefer to meet actual locals to learn about their home rather than stay in a hostel.

Interests

Warwick: I am interested in sport, farming, food and the outdoors.
Georgia: I am interested in the outdoors, dogs, baking desserts, organising and food as well (especially chocolate).

Music, Movies, and Books

We love all types of movies but will usually go for a comedy or stand up comedy first.
We both enjoy a wide variety of music genres.
We read quite a bit, usually non fiction books to try and increase as much knowledge as we can on all sorts of topics such as science and history.
