Hello, My name is Will. I've lived in central Bangkok since I was born. In the past few years, I have spent time hanging out with friends from diverse backgrounds in order to exchange ideas, cultures and experiences. Personally, it would be my pleasure to take you guys travelling around the city. However, it is a good idea to plan something before going out.

My condominium is only 5 minutes walk from China Town and you can take a bus in 3 minutes to Hualumpong MRT Train Station, a accessible public transport here. There are a plenty of street food strands and local shops in this area. The shopping malls and well-known places like Siam square is also not far from my house.

我为什么加入 Couchsurfing

Back to the beginning, I was invited by my friend to attend in the couchsurfing. I went to Bang krachow, Samut prakan province. It was a place where locals have preserved the culture, tradition and nature. I rode a bike with many participates from couchsurfing. This was a starting point of my journey! After spending a couple days with them, I then decided to join more events and activities. We travelled to different places as well as having a dinner together. I think socialising with foreigners will definiely help me improve English and be open-minded.

I used to be a teacher who taught basic English for underprivileged children in the Philippines. I truly fell in love with them. It is absolutely my priviledge to do this kind of things. In fact, I also have done some medical volunteerings in healthcare sections. I was extremely challenging to do so. Overall, I enjoyed doing volunteer in different countries.
