ABOUT ME

I My Wanderlust was inherited from my parents who both travelled in their youth and continued to travel with my brother and I from the time we were very very young. My family (father, mother and brother) drove down to spend the winter in Mexico (Acapulco) while my mother was pregnant with me so you could say that was my first road trip. I have many interests and am never bored. What I read, talk about, work as and study all change from year to year with the only common thread being travel and enjoying having new adventures. I am a story teller with a vivid memory, I love taking and looking at photos and love playing tour guide. I'm also obsessed with dancing, mostly SALSA!

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I no longer have my lovely home which I shared with so many lovely couch surfers but I hope to get out there and finally surf. I know a lot about my city and road tripping across the americas so I always enjoy exchanging information and stories of adventure. I always wish I was having some sort of adventure so when I am at home, I enjoy having the adventurous spirit come to me! If you need to catch up on your sleep or if you want to go for a hike or go out dancing or just cook a nice meal and share a bottle of wine I am ok with it.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Every where I have been in my life, people have opened up their homes and hearts to me and I have a enjoyed giving back in the same way.
I've now had some great experiences with wonderful people in my home! This is great!!!

Music is my favourite of all of these things! Salsa, Deep Soulful House Music, Hip Hop, Latin Pop, Be Bop, Jazz, Bossa Nova, Jazzanova, Down Tempo, Breakbeat, Breakdancing, Two Step, Jungle, Reggae, Reggaeton, Trip Hop, Soul, Funk, Disco, Rare Groove, Classical, Merengue, Bachata, Folk, Mariachi, Pop, 80's Pop, Classic Rock, Techno, anything that is not heavy on the electric guitar.
Books: I usually read non-fiction books about things that I am interested at the moment. Of course I always love a good travel story.

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

maaan, there is so much that I have participated in and witnessed but the stuff that always stands out and brings a tear to my mind is the kindness of strangers. I have been that kind stranger but the times that those unexpected people have showed me big amounts of kindness are the moments that have completely blown me away.
